Senior Citizens Barber Shop

Norman Millette, 82, has owned the Senior Citizens Barber Shop in Portland, Maine for 59 years. Haircuts are $10 for seniors and $12 for everybody else. Norm Millette and Dicky Stetson are two of the last barbers of their kind in this timeless little shop on Congress Street.
